Ettevõtte AS-IS ja TO-BE protsesside kaardistamine edasiste digitaliseerimise vajaduste väljaselgitamiseks. Projekti eesmärk on kaardistada ära ettevõtte võimalused tõsta digitaliseerituse taset. Projekti tulemusel saavad kaardistatud ettevõtte peamised protsessid ning välja selgitatud digitaiseerimise võimalused.

Projekti eesmärgiks on kaasajastada tootmises kasutatavaid seadmeid mis omakorda võimaldab meil tõsta tootmise kiirust ja mahtusid. Selle abil saame teha koostööd rohkemate tuntud reketi brändidega mis omakorda aitab kaasa tootmise mahu tõusule. Lisaks parandab tootmise moderniseerimine ettevõtte konkurentsivõimet ja usaldusväärsust, mis võimaldab liikuda uutele turgudele. Uued masinad võimaldavad ettevõttel luua uusi ja innovaatilisi tooteid.
